A generous, three-finger bright white head tops this wheat beer, which is a cloudy honey-yellow color. Excellent retention and good lacing.
The aroma has a hint of banana and fruity yeast.
The flavor is typical of wheat beers, somewhat thin for my palate, with a light, grassy presence up front and a bit of hops at the back end. Much carbonation in between, with a decent grain bill.
For those who enjoy wheat beers, this is a good one, but it is not my favorite style.
