A bottle of 330 ml. Poured into a weizen glass with a capacity of 300 ml. This one pours great, gave me a huge white head, 4 fingers in height with great retention. When it finally came down, a thin strip of foam remained on the beer's surface. Pale golden colour, slighty hazy.
Sweet aroma of bananas and clove, less strong once the foam goes down of course, but still there during the whole drinking time, and quite pleasant.
Taste is also just a bit sweet and fruity, with some spices and yeast traces.
Rich body and as mach carbonation as needed. Leaves your palate dry.
A great beer, maybe I will seek it again after I finish my three other bottles.

The pour is great! It's a cloudy golden-yellow with lovely thick head. Smell, bananas and clove (as it should be). The taste was light banana, little clove when taken with some of the head. Without taking in the head with a drink, the banana was distinct and complimented well by clove and a wheat-like taste that fills the mouth. It isn't super yeasty. Carbonation and head adds to a splendid mouth-feel.

poured into duvel tulip.
Appearance: golden yellow bodied beer with a light haze noted to the body, not quite opaque though. The beer has 2 fingers of white head that drops down to a thin cap, but has some decent staying power. Spotty lace.
Smell: Big bananas, wheat malts and clove.
Taste: Follows the nose really close. The bananas are not as big in taste as they are in the nose. A nice malty wheat base is found mid palate. Yeasty and fruity notes are all over this beer. Finishes with cloves and more bananas imparting some sweetness.
Mouthfeel: light bodied beer with moderate carbonation. This beer is really drinkable and also delicate. World class carbonation and mouthfeel!
Overall: This is a tried and proven beer right here. German beer lovers get your hands on this beer. $3 for a 500ml format bottle what a fantastic price for an amazing beer! It wont dissapoint you... i dont even like this beer style, but I think that they make this beer PROPER! The oldest brewery in the world is getting things done the right way!!!
paired this beer with brick cheese and it worked really well.
