11.2 oz. bottle poured into wheat beer glass
L: murky/cloudy yellow-orange yellow; huge fluffy head of white to off-white foam, a full 2 inches tall and so thick it looks like it's never going to fully dissipate; clears up enough (and quickly) to show hundreds of bubbles flying up the column ... holy cow is it awesome! you'd think the bottom of this glass was scored with a CO2 nucleation point, but it's not -- this brew is that carbonated; the head doesn't stick or lace much, but man is it a pretty beer
S: sweet citrus banana-clove mixed with more sugar ... very sweet, at times like bubble gum ... banana-flavored bubble gum; some grain shows through at times but just barely; wheat bread
T: follows the nose with just a pinch of tartness added; banana, clove, orange/lemon citrusy, sweetness throughout, some grain
F: light by still full ... so bubbly but still soft enough to remain super drinkable ... yeah, it's perfect
O: boy is it good ... loads and loads of wheat sweetness with just enough of a tart note to keep it from becoming too sweet; a brew I will revisit over and over and a definite standard I will use to measure other hefeweizens

Poured from pint bottle into pint glass, pours a dark yellow color with a 3 finger foam head of an off white color, ok lacing. Smells of wheat, clove, and bananas, with hints of lemon and vanilla. Tastes a lot like banana with a slightly vanillaish after taste. Mouth feel is light to medium bodied, with the perfect amount of carbonation. Overall it is an excellent beer and one of my favorites that I've had to date!

Poured from a 330 mL bottle into a standard pint glass, because that's all that was available. Moderate hand. Label is stamped 0214. Enjoyed this on multiple occasions, but never reviewed.
A: 4.5 Cloudy, deep golden-orange body with a small amount of visible sediment that quickly dissolved/settled. 2+ fingers of thick, just off-white head. Good retention. Light lacing.
S: 4.5 Big wheat scents here - major banana and clove. The latter is especially pronounced with this one. Yeasty spice. A touch of strawberry, vanilla, orange. Hay. Coriander.
T: 4.25 Earthy spice initially followed by the development of wheat-fueled sweetness, bready notes and fruit. Enough hops arrive to perfectly balance things out and it finishes semi-dry. Minimal alcohol presence.
M: 4.25 Moderate to high carbonation with a slightly above average body for the style. A tad prickly, but nicely palate coating.
O: 4.25 Great hefe, for sure. Not my all-time favorite, but not many others I've had truly compete.
