It's difficult to review too deeply because I only had a sample glass in between my Cuban Pork Sandwich (excellent sandwich), and my pint of Irish Red.
Between the Irish Red, the Brown, and the IPA (batch numbered #5 at the time of tasting), the IPA stole the show. I told the tender I should have ordered the IPA. There was a solid mix of grapefruit and hops, with a hint of pine. It wasn't special or unique, but it was bold enough to be memorable. If I go back this will be my choice of drink.

On tap at the source. According to the menu this beer is now named batch # IPA and the hop schedule may change with every batch.
Pours a mostly clear medium copper/golden color with a smallish white head showing moderate levels of retention and lace. Smells of pine, bread, and citrus. A bit heavy on the bready malt side after having the rye ipa. Taste is bready and a slightly caramel malt backbone against a sharply bitter pine and citrus attack. Medium body and carbonation level with a slick resinous mouthfeel. Solid IPA, but nothing that will knock your socks off.

Served on-tap at the Tullycross Tavern & Microbrewery in Manchester, Conn.
A: Cloudy, golden orange with a thin cap of creamy white foam which retains well and leaves some nice sheets of sticky lace.
S: Huge, citrusy hop nose with some fruity, malty notes in addition. Grapefruit, orange and lemon dominate the aroma, which is very fresh and juicy smelling.
T: Fruity, juicy malt flavors rush the palate first before a quick, toasted bready note snaps the sweetness. This propels the flavor into a sweet, bitter, chewy citrusy hop-infused bombardment which send the brew into a juicy, bitter, slighly herbal and sweet finish.
M: Medium-full bodied IPA with a lot to chew on. Very fresh tasting and refreshing to the palate with a prickly hop feel.
O: A really nice West-coast styled IPA and a sign of good things to come from the new brewer/ownership. I have on good authority that the IBUs were a bit out of whack in these initial barrels of IPA, but hopheads will enjoy the fluke and continue to do so after it homogenizes a bit.

Had on tap at Tullycross Tavern in a standard shaker pint.
Pours a hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is big citrus hops with some light malt. Hops are the star here with a big flavor of grapefruit and mild pine with just enough malt to support the hops. Lasting bitterness in the finish as the hops coat the mouth. Medium body with good carbonation and a dry finish. Overall a nice west coast style IPA.
