Easy to find right off I-295 Sloan Ave exit and in the parking lot with the movie theatre. Once inside, you can head to the bar area or take a seat in the dining area. I opted for the bar, and it was very crowded compared to the dining area. The square bar area feels a bit cramped as it can seat about 20 and there are tables immediately off the bar too. There are three very large TVs in the center of the bar. Several tap handles also decorate the walls on shelves. A cask beer also sits on the bar.
The beer list was quite good for the immediate area. There were about 14 craft beers available on draft roegs Perpetual IPA, Left Hand Nitro Milk Stout, Elysian Bete Blanche, Sly Fox Weisse, Old Rasputin, Weyerbacker Big Erin, and a few others I didn't take note of. There was also the obligatory Miller Lite, Bud Lite, and Stella and a few other macros to bring the tap total to around 22.
Service was a bit slow but it was very crowded. No chance to discuss beers with the bartenders. Prices seemed to be reasonable for the area. I have eaten in Uno's before, and I personally don't really like the food here so I didn't eat.
This place a nice variety of beers, and I will keep it on the radar when driving in the area.

This Uno goes out of their way to get some good beers in. They have about 18-20 craft beers on tap every day. They rotate their list pretty frequently too. You can see about 14 or so of the beers that are "up next" too. You will mostly find domestic micro/craft brews and they offer a sampler of any 4 (5 oz pours) for about $8.50. Stone, Goose Island, Epic, Kane, Founders etc etc to name a few. They do a good job at keeping local breweries on too. Maybe once a month they have tap takeover that consumes about half of their draft list. They also hold beer dinners and fill growlers. It's a chain "pizza" place but this location cares about their beer. I didn't give it very high marks in comparison to other beer places, but for a local spot that you wouldn't expect to have good beer, they do a fine job.

A local craft beer gem hidden inside a "chain" pizza restaurant. New GM and his predecessor built up this UNO franchise into a beer-lovers mecca for the Mercer County suburban area.
Conveniently located off 295 exit 65, in the same parking lot as AMC theatres, this spot does not scream high quality beer bar. Clientele includes everyone from beer snobs to families grabbing a pizza on their way to a movie (heavily discounted AMC tickets are available with any money spent at UNOs). Food is above average, and in general, much healthier than the Chilis/Applebees/Fridays menus (save for the heart-stopping deep dish pies).
Bar area is fairly large square room with tables along the outside and bar stools on 3 sides of the bar. Can definitely get crowded after work and on football weekends, but a good sports-watching place as well with at least 8-10 screens around the room.
Beer selection is the highlight here....20+ taps most with rotating craft brews. Dogfish Head, Ommegang, Southern Tier, Allegash, Victory, and Flying Dog are among those commonly represented. A great part is that they also include their "On-deck" draft list to the side of the current taps, so you know to come back soon if a favorite is coming up.
Tons of Tap-Takeovers, Beer Dinners, and beer-centric events...growler fillings, flight samplers, and reasonable prices. I'm lucky to live so close, but its worth a trip from nearly anywhere in Central NJ or Bucks County.

Decided to write a review after reading the last one that was posted, which is very misleading. Of course when put up against some of the beer bars in Philly (which are world class) any place is going to fall short. But compared to what is available in the area, it is definitely at the top. The selection is far from average. They do a great job of rotating in a lot of rare and hard to find beers. They also seem to always have a good variety on tap. They'll have everything from a easy drinking session beer to a super hoppy IPA to a very high ABV aged stout. Keep in mind this is a chain restaurant, so you are going to have to take the good with the bad. If you sit at a table, yes the waiter who is probably not legal, will probably not be an expert on beer. Sit at the bar, and the bartenders will help you and probably give you a sample if need be. Sometimes I feel "beer geeks" are getting worse than wine snobs. Don't go into a place like this and expect every waiter and waitress to be a complete expert on a beer that they just tapped an hour ago. Also, they have started doing beer dinners and also have special events and firkin tappins. So I feel they are well on their way to becoming an even better beer bar. The beer bottle selection could use a little shaking up every once in a while, but the taps are always a variety of excellence. I'd say they probably have between 10-12 that rotate with craft beer and another 10-12 with your standard imports and domestics. Easily the best place within a 15 mile radius.

Stopped here recently on a return trip from a beer event down in the PA suburbs. Had to see what the "recently ranked #1 beer bar in the state thanks to 1 glittering review" was like.
Stale cookie cutter atmosphere with a hodgepodge of customers who are mainly here for good deals on food that falls slightly short of California Pizza Kitchen (that they came to eat before going to the AMC movie theater).
The server we were assigned barely knew anything about beer, let alone didn't even recognize half of the items on the current tap list when we ordered them. The selection was "run of the mill" by current craft beer bar standards, but still very good if you live in the area and don't want to take the short drive to countless better spots in PA. Not a beer destination in the slightest....just a speed bump on the way home at best.
Scathing review aside, I wish them well and hope that they can pull this place together and somehow make it more than it is....a cookie cutter mediocre food chain establishment that installed some tap lines, ordered some craft beer, and fails at being a real craft beer bar.

Great Beer selection! Had the Terrapin Big Hoppy Monster and an Oscar Blues Ten Fiddy.
They also had Left Hand Milk Stout on nitro, beer samplers!!
Other notes: Dogfish Head My Antonia, Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor, Ithica Flower Power, Uinta Dubhe Black IPA all on draft - impressive!
Dogfish Head 90 Minute and Rogue Dead Guy are all part of the core draft menu - they have something for everyone!!
They have their own Growlers and a good menu - even though they are a chain - they are a franchise and the GM clearly runs the place like a local classy bar.
Selected beers are offered for happy hour at a discounted price.
