Pours a hazy golden yellow color with a white head. In the aroma, lemon citrus and dryer yeasty notes. In the taste, dry yeast, mellow earthiness and a note of dry lemon zest. A small hop bite, but mainly smooth and a medium to lighter bodied mouthfeel, with a dry earthy yeasty aftertaste. A nice pale ale, earthy with some lemon citrus.

Pours a clear, copper color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of sweet malt, caramel malt, slight pale malt, grass, floral hops, and a hint of dry hops. Fits the style of a Belgian Pale Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of dry hops, pale malt, slight hop, floral hops, slight earthy malt, and a hint of caramel malt. Overall, good appearance, complexity, and feel, even thought it is more malty than I'd have liked in a Belgian PA.
