A: This one is golden with a rather small off-white head. Decent lacings.

S: Spices and yeast, not too offensive. Citric notes. Mostly maltyness.

T: Bready mlidly sweetned malts. Yeast and faint spicyness. Grapefruits, surprisingly enough. Bitterness.

M: Aftertaste is kind of short and a bit sour. Body is medium to full while carbonation is smooth and medium strong.

O: Nice interetation of a BPA with an American hoppy twist. (434 characters)

The beer is clear light golden, has a small off-white head, no lacing, but some curtains.

The smell is citric and spicy, dill, grape-fruit and a hint of green grapes.

Starting glucose sweet, lemon juice and peels, a seed bitterness.

Medium carbonation, small intense bubbles, rather refreshing with a coarse finish.

A very well crafted beer, a bit on the hoppy side however. (378 characters)

The smell is very dry with clean bitter flavours, some citric notes and a distinct yeasty-phenolic Belgian note. Hints of minerals, hay and sweet bread.

The colour is gold with a tint of orange; the liquid is clear. The three finger head is white and airy. It leaves lots of lacing when it slowly sinks down.

The taste is first very, very dry with some yeast, bread and bitter hops. American hops (citric, tea, bitter herbs) and some Belgian phenolic/yeasty notes. The aftertaste is very dry, almost astringent with some warming alcohol, green bananas/banana peels, bitter herbs, lemon juice and a mild bitterness. Dry, wheat-y, almost Champagne-like flavours in the finish.

The bubbles are few, but they are strong and almost sharp. The liquid is dry and light.

A unique and extremely refreshing dry beer. (813 characters)
