Pours a dark orange yellow with a frothy off white head. The smell is sweet, hoppy, with almost a fruity hint. Not a huge aroma for an IPA, but still inviting. The taste started somewhat sweet that had an almost fruitiness, the hops stayed through the sip and a slight bitterness ends it all. The bitter comes through a bit more in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel was a smooth medium, an easy drinking beer due to the nice flavors and smooth beer. Overall a tasty IPA, nothing unusual and very good flavors.

16 oz. can poured into my Black Hook porter glass, the beer is a very chill hazed bronze/orange with a thickish beige head.
The beer has a bracing aroma of pine sap and some tropical fruit.
It’s an IAP all right, nicely bitter with some pine resin, a whisper of juicy fruit gum like tropical taste all backed by some caramel malts. It’s a little earthy in the finish and that is my only real nitpick with the beer as I would like a bit of a cleaner ending after the nice start.
The mouth is a touch oily and coating.
I like getting an IPA in a large can format, great for taking on the boat or when canoeing.

Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy amber with a modest head that leaves a few strands behind
Smell: Toasted malts with a dankness that is hard to describe - slightly piney and slightly medicinal
Taste: Toasty, up front, with the dank bitterness building through the middle; the bitterness is medicinal and metallic, with a hint of vanilla and balsa; the finish continues with more of the same, leaving a somewhat astringent flavor behind
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Well, it has the bitterness one would associate with an IPA but little of the appeal that fruit and pine flavors bring to the best of them

Poured into a pint glass out of a growler.
Pours a nearly clear medium copper with a one finger white head. Some light lacing on the sides of the glass along with a small layer of fizz on top of the beer.
The aroma is much more Earthy than fruity with tree bark, soil, and an overall dank quality about it. A touch of pine is thrown in but the aroma is far from piny.
The flavor continues this earthy character. I pick up on the dankness much more in the flavor along with more pine and tree bark. There is perhaps a touch of overripe orange but the fruit is very understated. Bitterness is on the high side with a good mouthfeel and just a touch of stickiness on the finish.
Overall, a good IPA but there is really nothing about it that makes it stand out from all of the others out there. Good to drink but forgettable afterwards.

Poured 16oz can into imperial pint glass (no date on can) with a 2 finger head that settled fairly quickly and left some good lacing on the glass. Color is a cloudy orange, some noticeable sediment.
Aroma has some citrus/grapefruit, also bready
Taste - there's a good amount of malts here balanced out with a bitter hop bite. some citrus is noticeble, grassy, and there is a somewhat unpleasant bitter finish
Mouthfeel - medium-low body, decent carb, crisp
Overall - I'm not sure how old this is, so it's tough to judge if the age has something to do with the flavor or not. My wife got it for me from Xmas, might have to revisit later
