22oz bomber poured into a snifter. No bottled on date listed.
A- Pours a bubbly red/ amber color with a finger's worth of off white head. Some sticky lacing can be seen along the sides of the glass.
S- Smells of nice citrus and pine notes with a hint of spiciness on the backend of the aroma. Some sweet caramel malt notes are noted too.
T- Initially I get notes of spicy rye. This then leads way to some notes of caramel and toffee along with some nice hop bitterness.
M- Medium bodied, plenty of carbonation, sweet and hoppy, spicy with a dry finish. Alcohol is only slightly noticeable.
This was a nice offering from Finch's, and glad I got to try it.

appearance: Amber (creative huh?). Somewhat hazy. Smattering of messy off white head. Fits the bill for an amber.
smell: Pleasant nose with a nice balance of malt and a little biting hops. Nice sweet edge.
taste: Hops are more prominent here. Still a good bit of sweetness but the hops are right there and the finish has a little bitterness.
overall: Fine example of an amber, w/o either sweetness or maltiness or hoppy bitterness dominating.

Fascist Pig poured from a tall can into a small tulip.
Hazy dark amber with s fine light beige head and excellent lacing.
Aroma complex and semi-sweet.
Flavor. Nice balance and complexity wWith a touch of smoke. Sweet and darker roasted malts mix with a near equal hop component.
O flavorful yet not challenging beer.
