Poured into a Founder's Brewing Co. snifter.
A: Pours an orangish-yellow, very translucent. 2 finger head, with a white foam, good retention.
S: Citrusy, with lemons and lots of barnyard funk.
T: A good balance between citrus and sourness. Orange and lemon play off the tartness and funk of this beer. Vinegar. It's not mouthpuckeringly sour, but it is noticeable.
M/D: Very well balanced, a great looking smelling and tasting beer. I was expecting a little more sourness on the tongue. Great, smooth Gueuze.
