Pours clear gold into a glass. Off white head is two fingers high, creamy, foamy and disppates down to surface froth after a white.
Aroma is sweet, citrusy, and slightly floral. The flavour is quite vegetative, and bitter right from the get go with lemon grass, and floral stewed hops. The malt is almost non existant and grain character muted.
Mouthfeel is carbonated, light, and actually a little drying.
Very stewy, grassy, and bitter. Wouldn't turn to this beer again.

Pours a hazy, pale yellow colour. Little to no aroma, slight earthy hops I suppose. Very light tastes, clean, crisp, mostly grains, earthy hops, and slightly bitter. Very session-able.

Golden color with white head. Aroma is really hoppy with citrus fruits and green grass. Taste starts quite bitter up-front with absolutely no malt presence. Hoppy, green and fresh. Very dry, light body with crisp carbonation. For its low ABV, it's quite tasty but really bitter and dry.

Towering lumpy bone white head over pale gold body. 3.75
Yeast, lemon and wax nose - smells like a wit? 3.5
Oyster cracker malts, big lemon zest, then melon and oil hop end. 4.25
Gooseberry finish and herbal linger.
Fizzy, light, crisp. 4
6 months old to the day out from the bottling date, and it says “drink fresh,” so there’s that. And it seems to have had plenty of time for serious secondary fermentation - it pours like champagne. After that is a not-so-simple but effective hop hit (Nelson?). Would be good at 3.8%, a miracle at 2.7%. 4

A 330ml bottle with a bottled-on date of Sept 2013. ABV is stated as 2.7%. Acquired some time back from Trembling Madness in York; I've had this one for a while. Described on the label as a hoppy session beer with a donation made to the Buxton Mountain Rescue team.
A: Poured into a tulip. Bottle conditioned. A rich, hazy amber hue with plentiful fine sediment and low carbonation. Yields a large head of creamy white foam that lastst for a few minutes before subsiding to a patchy surface layer. Slight lacing.
S: Aroma of fruity hops with hints of lime, citrus, white grape, mild melon, grass/hay, earthy yeast, grainy malt and faint stewed husks. Delicious.
T: Tastes of fruity aromatic hops with a lingering dry finish. Notes of lime, citrus, white grape, mild melon, subtle spice, grass/hay, earthy yeast, husky grain and faint stewed hops. Well-attenuated, followed by a delicate hoppy bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with soft carbonation and good body for the strength. Lightly astringent, accompanied by an aftertaste of fruity aromatic hops, earthy yeast and a mild, leafy bitterness.
O: Tasty, and particularly flavoursome for such a light brew. Looks alright (if rather cloudy), while the aroma and flavour are great - fruity hops and earthy yeast galore. Nice body. Doesn't seem to have suffered despite the age of the bottle - goes down a treat. Well worth sampling if you have the chance.

330ml bottle. Stange glass, enjoyed @ L´Espumossa (Barcelona). Pale brass color, cloudy appearance. White, rocky foam creates a thick crown & leaves webs on sides. Mild toasted & citric malt aromas, slight fatty hints, citric notes & resins on the back. Crispy & hoppy flavor at first sip. Light body. Moderate but lively carbonation. Oily texture. Gentle malts in the middle but hops win the match. Sharp bitter finish. Lima & citrics on the aftertaste

Pours gold with a large fading head.
Nose shows floral hops with some grassy and spicy notes too. Also some citrus fruit.
Similar flavours in terms of fruit and spicy hops, with a biscuity malt character entering later.
Body feels a little watery.
