Bohemians are creative dreamers who defy convention. Our Bohemian Pilsner is just that, an unorthodox lager with complex biscuity malt, soft rounded bitnerness and a twist of spice from the noble Saaz and Hallertau hops. This crisp and adventurous drop is perfect for a chilled out summer session…bliss.

Bottle at Westbury Hotel, Dublin, Ireland

A: The beer is clear dark yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down, leaving only a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of bready malts are present in the nose.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has flavors of bready malts along with a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has nice bready malt flavors but seems like it could use a bit more in the way of bitterness from the hops.

330ml bottle bought from The Vintage, Antrim

Poured a golden yellow colour with some straw hints...White head poured pretty small and faded quickly to light layer... light carbonation and very sparse lacing...

Aroma - Light biscuity malts, nice fruitiness (lemons, apples, pears and light grapefruits), pine notes, nice floral / spicy hops, fresh grass and hay, very light toastiness...

Taste – Light juicy tart fruits - maybe slightly watered down (lemons, green grapes, light grapefruit hints), light biscuitiness, grassy / floral hop bitterness, some toasted bread hints, thyme traces...

Feel - Quite sharp and dry. Light body.... Very very refreshing and drinkable - would make a good session beer...

Overall - A decent enough pilsener although nothing groundbreaking.. very drinkable and certainly worth a try...

A: Orange copper in colour. Not much head but this could be due to the fact it was wrongly served. Head has a light gold colour.

S: Low peppery hops on the nose

T: Low spiciness, low bitterness but the bitterness does coat the mouth.

M: A very crisp and dry finish

O: Clean beer, very crisp and dry. And average pislner and a great interpretation of the style.

Pale spun gold with head that leaves faint trailers. Toasty granola and Noble spice on the nose.
Honey on Hobnobs with some bread dough then real hop strength in the form of cut hay, ground coriander and a touch of rosemary leaf plus chalky bitterness.
Bit-o-Honey comeback and ringing menthol linger. Light, crisp, slight chew.

True hop presence, but with great balance. Nice low strength makes this very sessionable. Not a classic, but a solid summer go-to. 8 Degrees move from strength to strength.
