Taste is fairly bland with a bit of citrus, some malt sweetness and grain. Mild bitterness and a fairly clean finish.

330ml bottle. Pours a very pale gold colour with two fingers of head which disappeared almost completely. Modest sweet malty aroma with a hint of honey and urinal rock candy (not that it’s a bad thing). Quite sweet taste and a little bit metallic. Very light, watery body. Not good but not bad enough to be offensive.

A: Pours a light golden color with a small head that fades quickly with only bits of lacing.

S: Aroma of wet grain, bit of citrus and mild malt sweetness.

T: Taste is fairly bland with a bit of citrus, some malt sweetness and grain. Mild bitterness and a fairly clean finish.

F: Light body, somewhat crisp and bland.

O: I hope this is better from the tap, as this seems like just another Pale Lager in an ocean of lagers.

Pours amber with a large, lasting white head.
Nose shows vegetal and industrial notes along with a faint cidery character. Not exactly enticing.
Flavours include some honey and solvent-like notes. Little else.
Body feels watery.
Pretty terrible stuff.

Pours a crystal clear straw hue which leaves a creamy two finger head that leaves heaps of lacing, the smell is basically pure grains with a touch of herbalness, the mouthfeel is lightbodied as stated on the label and similar to water it really is but i spose i shouldnt rely on labels as it also states it has a refreshing hoppy aroma and that it cleary doesnt but anyway the taste is a little better as i do get a little bit of that so called hop aroma in the taste along with grains, pale malts and unfortunately a touch of corn aswell which makes the finish quite sweet and overall i hate the fact that this is brewed at Gage Roads and The Sail and Anchor have to put their name on it as it is purely made for the Macro market who like something different not made by the other big boys and i would definately try for something else when offered at a party but unfortunately as most work Xmas parties with free booze this is as good as it gets sometimes.
