Poured from bottle to chalice.
Dark honey with small head, nice lacing.
Could smell it as soon as I opened the bottle. Grassy, grapefruit-y, earthy, semi-sweet.
Tastes sweet, and then the hops follow suit. Grassy and only slightly bitter. Very mild for a 6.5% abv. Really drinkable and although mild, the taste stays with your mouth long after you've swallowed, which is one of the marks of a quality beer in my opinion.
Medium in the mouth. Good beer for the price, if you like Willamette hops and the grassy earthy feel that some IPAs have. I'll probably only have this a couple more times in the future.
