A: Unfiltered like most of their beers. Cloudy orange. Decent white head and a bit of lacing.
S: Smelled just like tangerines. Any other smell was completly dominated by tangerines.
T: Low and behold this beer tasted like tangerines. There was a slight bitterness in the finish, but for the most part this tasted like fruit juice. Can't say I was a fan of it.
M: Decent amount of carbonation and pretty smooth, but very thick and syrupy... sometimes I like that in a beer (ex: Stouts), but it didn't work for this beer.
D: I'm not a big fan of fruit beers, but I have enjoyed Lost Coast's other offerings, Raspberry Brown and Apricot Wheat, those wern't too overpowering with the fruit taste. This one however was so fruity that it didn't even taste like beer.
