A vibrant looking beer with tremendous art work on the label.
This Pale Ale had The Froth Doctor excited. Poured a golden amber colour with a small creamy white head. The aroma I got from this was insane, explosions of grapefruit, pine, peach and freshly cut grass flooded my senses.
The carbonation was medium, the initial taste was bold bursts of grapefruit and lemon that backed off into a smooth toffee caramel finish. 3 different versions of hops are added to give this brew a multi dimensional flavour profile of all things good in a pale ale. This includes fruit, pine and spice that bounce up and down between bitter & sweet.

Pours a light gold color, a bit hazy, with a nice rocky white head.

Aromas are doughy, tea like, with some light citrus, maybe a touch of lemon.

Taste is clean and dry, with a zesty light lemon bitterness on the finish. There is some light creaminess, bread dough, and crystal malt sweetness.

Mouthfeel is pretty good, smooth, crisp, with nice carbonation.

Overall, a somewhat British Style Pale with a touch more bitterness than usual. It's tasty enough, refreshing, and drinkable. Solid, but not spectacular.
