pours a clear yellow with about a finger of terribly uneven white head which disappeared so fast it was gone by the time it got handed to me.
smell: astringent. straight up giving it a 2 was generous.
taste: ultra dry astringent/chlorophyll assaults your tongue, followed by a malt flavor that can only be described as corny, and dare i say...BMCesque. this beers flavor is two-sided and both were a miss for me.
mouthfeel: smooth enough, and although my mouth is left initially coated, i can feel it drying out very rapidly.
overall: i am glad i tried the fire eagle first. if i would have chose this first, i might not have gone back for another of their beers.
i hate for this beer to have a negative first review, but i am being honest. hopefully someone out there really enjoys this brew and will review it.

Appearance: Looks like a macro lager, with a crystal clear golden color and a modest head; nice lacing, though
Smell: The pilsener malt dominates the aroma though there are no hops to be found; a touch of sulfur
Taste: Very husky and grainy, up front and throughout, with just a hint of residual sweetness
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Can't say I am much of a fan of this beer; not exactly sure what the brewers are shooting for but I guess it might quench a thirst on a really hot Texas day
Thanks, duff247, for the opportunity
