A: Beautiful light golden and brilliantly clear. Medium white head
that leaves moderate lacing.
S: Very aromatic for a Pilsener, but in great way. Grassy, earthy
noble hops and slightly sweet grain.
T: Almost like tasting noble hop extract, perfectly backed with
pils malt. Almost zero yeast character is present, which lets
the other ingredients shine though.
M: Quite dry and carbonated. Maybe a bit too much, but it
makes for a more refreshing beer - which is nice in canned
O: A very well crafted beer considering what a delicate style it
is. Not quite true to style, but excellent nonetheless.

on tap at Torchy's Tacos in Cedar Park, poured into (chilled, dammit!) 16 oz. pint glass
L: standard clear yellow with 1/3-inch white foam, some stick, some lace but very little -- the chilled mug screws this one all up for me
S: grassy, citrus, some malt but this one leans more on real green light hop notes ... some grain; citrus is mostly lemon
T: fantastic, crisp, clean with nice greener, grassy hop bites ... didn't get much sweet/light malt tastes, *maybe* some cracker ... grain notes, rice/cereal
F: strong and sturdy with good carbonation but light enough to drink (and drink and drink and drink)
O: only had the one pint, so all of this is a first-blush look at the brew, but it's very, very good ... looking forward to trying many more
Serving type: on-tap
