The Farmhouse Ale description seems a bit deceptive. This reminds me of Karbach Weisse Versa, a hybrid American wheat ale with some Belgian wit spicing.

Got this in a trade with Scm2787 to even things up. Thanks...

Not really a fan of farmhouse ales/saisons .. but this one was pretty good.. a bit hoppy and spicy but super clean and well rounded. Beautiful mouthfeel nice finish and exceptionally drinkable. I had a friend try it and he wound up taking the other can... I imagine this is not the albeit of great farmhouse ales but it surely is a give it a try type of beer.

12 oz can pours a fairly clear gold color with a small white head. Not much for retention and lace.

Nose is honey, coriander, chamomile and graham crackers. Nowhere do I get any farmhouse aromas.

Calling this a farmhouse ale is like calling Miller Light a pilsener...no way, no how. Spiced saisons in general are one of my beer pet peeves - this one tastes like an American Wheat Ale with honey, syrup and coriander added in. Its not an atrocious beer, but it is far from advertised and I am pissed I spent 10 bucks on a sixer of this thinking I was going to get a saison. Mouthfeel is too heavy and sweet for a saison - there is nothing crisp, or wheat-like about it. If it was called a Blonde Ale with spices, it would fare much better.

A: I'm drinking this out of a can, but going off of the last time I had this (on tap): Golden-yellow with a slight head; foggy, wheat-y body.

S: Yeast, lemon, wheat, grass.

T: So refreshing for the style... Yeast, wheat, straw, lots of lemon juice, fresh grass, ripe apple, citrus notes, pepper, zest, and some seedy bread.

M: Lighter side of medium with some descent carb.

O: I love this beer as a go-to, because it's so refreshing and zesty. The strong straw/wheat character really shows through and makes the beer come to life.

Poured from a 12 oz can into a teku.

A: Hazy dark golden hue. Pours a 1 finger, bubbly white head. Settles pretty quickly. No real lacing.

S: Yeast, orange, nectarine, and raspberry.

T: Very yeasty sourdough, with a bit of orange peel.

M: Light, crisp and refreshing. Lightly bitter finish. Well-balanced.

D: Sessionable, but worth savoring the funk.

Atmosphere is nice. Nearly opaque golden body, bubbly head, no lacing. Nose is yeasty with a collection of fruity components. Light, a little bitter, but very well-balanced. Overall, this is a really good quaff.

A - Pours a hazy grapefruit mist. Bubbles are active and the head is somewhat thin and stringent and dissipates pretty quickly.

S - Wonderful sweet smell of grapefruit and coriander. Hint of phenol. Slightly grassy.

T - Upfront punch of grapefruit, followed by the phenols and smooths over in the end like a classic saison. Tartness lingers.

M - Slick not very heavy, perhaps a little too much carbonation for the taste.

O - Pretty good little farmhouse ale. Nothing big, very drinkable. One of the most sessional saisons I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. Could definitely go through a few of these in one night.

Pours a crisp golden color with a finger width carbonated head. Head retention is decent, as is lacing. Strong farmhouse yeast and coriander aroma. There is some spiciness to it as well. It does seem more artificial, though. Bready farmhouse yeast taste with a spicy hoppy burst, ending in a strong coriander aftertaste. Very decent beer. More of a farmhouse/witiber hybrid. Not something I would seek out, but would bring a six pack to a party to share.
