Dark brown/black with a light tan head that leaves quickly
Smell of huge chocolate and caramel as it warms
Taste follows the nose with a hint of some peanut
Smooth and good carb, super dry finish
Really enjoyed this beer.

Look: Looked like a Brown Ale should but with a weak head.

Smell: Artificial nutty smell

Taste: Disappointing. Tastes like someone put that overpowering mocha and hazelnut flavoring a dunkin donuts would put in your coffee. Left a bitterness on my tongue in the aftertaste and I'm not sure if it has to do with the snickers bars they put in this thing.

Feel: Thick and Viscous, not what I'm looking for in a Brown Ale.

Overall: Not something that I would try again, and I'm not sure why this beer scored so highly either.

has good numbers and people talk a lot about it so had to try it. Seemed really interesting but was a bit off putting. Smelled good choc/nutty 1st sip was ok but it is difficult to drink much more than that. Overwhelmingly sweet. Was shocked to see they actually make it with snickers seems like there are a lot of chemicals and preservatives in it not sure if that's a great idea or any good for you post fermentation

The appearance was a murky brown color with an eggshell white foamy head. Softly dissipated to leave some messy lace. The aroma had sweet roasted nuts, clean caramel malts, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, some vanilla extract, sweet cracker (somewhat like animal crackers), and ended up having a little bit of dark bread at the end. The flavor took the prior mentioned aromas to blend fairly nice and sweet. Stabilizing little bit of bitterness from the dark chocolate coming in to pull down the sweet tones. Aftertaste slightly reminded me of what happens when oreo cookies meet snickers (just add some booze and this is the beer you’ll get). Finish absorbed the full flavors to steadily possess a spectacular blend of it all. The palate was about medium bodied with a full on effect of the sipping qualities claiming my tongue just the way I wanted it. Carbonation and ABV both felt good. Overall, wow, what an absolutely great brown ale. One of my favorite styles to have this time of the year.

Pours a dark brown with a half inch off-white head. Smells and tastes like a snickers bar. Very unique flavor profile that really works. Moderately carbonated with a very creamy mouth feel.

Appearance: Dark brown and a Medium sized head, in a word(s) looks MEH brown(is that a Crayola color yet).

Smell: SNICKERS?!?!?! IS THAT YOU!! This bad boy smells like SNICKERS!!

Taste: I KNOW EVERYONE ELSE SAID THAT IS TASTES LIKE SNICKERS, but I did not believe it until I tried some my self, WOW BEER SNICKERS!! IM in heaven.

Mouthfeel: I'd Say its a high end of the Medium scale if that makes sense. It has a porter feel, more so than the brown ales I have tasted(granted that's usually cigar city) This is really drinkable, a little creamy like mentioned by others.

Overall: I loved it, I wanted a beer that tasted like Snickers and this absolutely delivered. I also think its a beer I will pass out to my friends who aren't into the craft beer scene yet. Should be a hit at my Christmas party!

Appearance: Arrives fudge brown with a rather modest head that leaves a few shards of lacing behind

Smell: Roasted peanut and milk chocolate with caramel tone

Taste: Peanut and milk chocolate flavors, up front, with the chocolate aspect building in the middle; the Snickers clearly come through but there is an odd tartness in the finish

Mouthfeel: Medium to full body; somewhat creamy, with moderate carbonation

Overall: A fun beer, but I wasn't expecting the tartness in the finish; clean that up and it is a winner
