Pours a light golden color with a large white head that actually hangs on a little while before fading to a small ring.
Smell is lightly sweet with some grains and a good bit of alcohol all around.
Tastes of sweet corn with grain, alcohol clearly noticeable start to finish. Actually not too offensive.
Medium body, crisp mouthfeel. The taste isn't that bad on this one, just like sweet water making it easy to drink without being too overwhelming. Hell you can let this one get to about a full 40 degrees before it starts tasting weird. For malt liquor, Steel Reserve is better than most.
