Poured into a Haw River Farmhouse Ales teku glass. Back label says Best By: 07/2018

A- From a steady pour comes a two finger head on top of a hazy medium amber color body. The head retains well before eventually becoming a thick ring around the edge of the glass and a mostly full sheet of surface foam. Semi-resilient lacing leaves a broken ring behind.

S- Very balanced aroma of semi-funky Brett and notes of peach, apricot and pineapple. Effervescent.

T- Fruit juice, Brett funk, slightly tart. It's all there and in fine form. The tangy Brett is there from start to finish as the citrus notes ride on it and then turn to a slightly bitter aftertaste. A tad sweet but mostly it's the yeast making up the flavor profile. Alcohol is very well concealed. Damn near perfect.

M- Sharp and tight from the yeast and medium-high carbonation. Lightish body.

O- This is just about everything I look for in a Brett saison. You'd be hard pressed to find a better example.
