Our 2nd generation Kolsch uses the lightest German Koln & Heidelberg malts available. With just enough hops for balance and brew water adjusted to match Koln, the result is a very light, crisp beer. Heidelberg made us think Heisenberg, who looks like Brewmaster Bob!

Had on Tap Horseshoe Bend Golf club men's club, April 2018
Just a super drinkable, light, but flavorful Kolsch. Perfect summer beer, well-suited for a golf club

Poured from the tap into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear golden colored brew with a small white head. The aroma is full of malt and grain . The taste is malt driven with some bread flavoring on the back end. This is a good beer.

Appearance: Crystal clear light straw, one finger lasting white head with good lacing.
Aroma: Light grainy aroma. little to no hop character.
Flavor: Touch of bread-y sweetness and even less earth hop. Insanely drinkable.
Mouthfeel: Crisp, clean, refreshing.
