L: Poured from a bottle to a tulip glass. Had a burnt orange color and a cloudy consistency. There was a small amount of foamy head that quickly dissipated. Below average lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of peaches, a funky quality, citrus, and malt.
T: Tasted of a mild amount of malt (not overly noticeable), a lot of the funky / yeasty quality, a ton of peaches, a tinge of wood, and some mild citrus notes (orange, lemon). The flavor's heavy on the peaches, but that's not a big problem. Very tart, incredibly tasty, and easy to like.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a lively, prickly finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An excellent wild ale that uses peaches to its advantage. Definitely drinkable.

Pours a transparent golden hue. Aroma of peach permeates vociferously across the room. Some peach, but a lot of lacto forward character. It's kind of thin. Not super juicy either. It doesn't have a particular amount of depth or complexity, but it doesn't have any bad or off flavors. It's very pleasant and drinkable. May be a little bit on the acidic side. A very good peach sour.

Another wonderful beer courtesy of cjgiant.
This is a couple of years old 10/15/2013. And wonderful.
Pale amber with a bigger fizzy white head that settles quickly and leaves a white thin cap and some drippy lacing.
Not much peach in the aroma but it does show in the taste. The aroma with the funk, wood, fruit that is both neutral and tart. Much of the same in the but just more so. A good blend of all in addition to the peach that roams around this. A nice lingering tartness on a light medium dry finish.
This drinks very well. Only a small sense of alcohol. Medium light feel that seems bigger with a pickly ample carbonation.
Very enjoyable.
