3.35/5 rDev -3.5%
Pours an unusual looking orange/brown hued amber with a thick creme head. Immediately off the pour the aroma is lightly hoppy, but that mostly vanishes in a short amount of time. Decent flavor with a thick malty and hoppy mix. Kind of mashed together with no clear definition. Eh. With so much stuff out in the market, somewhat boring beers like this seems a waste of time really.

A-hazy orange/copper. Big pillowy white head has great retention and leaves lacing throughout the glass, aided by a steady stream of carbonation.
S-Subtle hops, primarily pine. Not much else.
T- hop forward but not aggressively so. The pine hops aroma is accompanied by the addition of some citrus notes and the malt supporting cast.
M- a little thinner but not horribly so. A little bit of fizz, but again, it's not a huge detractor.
O- a solid, if not overwhelming IPA. I give it the 3.5 because I had one these (again from the can) after a short road race at the brewery and it was pure deliciousness. This would also be a good one during the summer months, easier drinking and not too high on the ABV.
