On tap at the brewery. Served in a snifter.
Appearance - Light ruby body with a big white head. Nice lacing inside the glass.
Smell - Phenolic and lightly fruity. I wouldn't pick it out as grape, though. Grainy malt. A hint of caramel.
Taste - The taste falls a little flat. Mildly tart with some brett earthiness. Light sweetness. Estery fruitiness that, again, could be grape must, but I don't really know. Some bitterness in the finish.
Mouthfeel - Light body with a mild tartness. Well carbonated.
Overall - Smelled nice and drinks ok, but not very exciting.

Pours a slightly hazy, orange/pink color. 1/3 inch head of an off-pink color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of slight hop, floral, hint of wheat, hint of grass, and slight spice. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel sharp, tangy, and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of pale malt, slight sweet malt, slight hop, hint of wheat, floral notes, slight spice, and slight citrus. Overall, good aroma and blend, but the body is on the weaker side.
