750ml brown bottle, sample from the brewery.
Hazed amber straw hue, minimal lacing from a light carbonation. Big fruity aromas of grapes, strawberries & honeydew melon ... it gets little phenolic and tart as well. Woodiness throughout, smooth and dry mouthfeel. Slightly vinous, faint strawberry, and gummy flavors abound. Modest hopping, hint of yeast and mild estery alcohol rounds out this tart treat.
Well done from start to finish.
