Light copper color with a fair amount of haziness. There's a fingernail of off white around the rim and covering nearly all of the top. Brussels lacing. The aroma is Brett with some earthy hops intermingling. The flavor is a very nice balance of tart Brett and tropical hops with notes of passion fruit and pineapple. The mouth is crisp, dry, and moderately carbonated. (374 characters)

On tap at the brewery. Served in a snifter.

Appearance - Deep orange. A little hazy with a medium white head.

Smell - Grapefruit hop aromas. A lot of brett. Toasty malt and some caramel sugars.

Taste - Light tang from the brett. Grapefruit hop. Bready and toasty malts. Caramel sweetness before a tart bretty finish.

Mouthfeel - Medium body with a light tartness.

Overall - Very tasty. Brett lends a nice dynamic. (419 characters)
