On tap at the brewery. Served in a snifter.

Appearance - Deep orange. A little hazy with a medium white head.

Smell - Grapefruit hop aromas. A lot of brett. Toasty malt and some caramel sugars.

Taste - Light tang from the brett. Grapefruit hop. Bready and toasty malts. Caramel sweetness before a tart bretty finish.

Mouthfeel - Medium body with a light tartness.

Overall - Very tasty. Brett lends a nice dynamic.

Lost my review... sigh.
Thanks to Aaron for sharing!

Murky brownish pond water appearance with a thin film on the surface. Not the best looking beer.

Aroma was earthy and Brett yeast driven, smelled like topsoil and tulips. Where are the hops?

Taste was bitter and tangy with a certain level of yeast complexity. Felt sort of odd, like drinking potpourri. Overall this isn't something i'd seek out again , though I love Prairie and Perennial.
