750 mL bottle poured into a snifter. How does Perennial do a collaboration with Side Project? Deep brown body. Small khaki head. Dark fruit aroma. Red wine. Whiskey and brown sugar. Taste is crazy amounts of red wine and dark fruits. Cherry. Some earthy yeastiness in the back end. Boozy. Really heavy. Low carbonation. Not sure how to feel about this, but it isn't something I could drink a lot of.
