Pours a murky brown with four fingers of khaki foam that looks like a root beer float. Head eurpts out of the bottle within a couple seconds of opening and continues until beer is poured. Aroma is toasty, nutty, caramely malts mix with a twinge of Brett that dries out the back. Flavor profile is nutty, caramely and toasty malts with hints of stone fruit and plum. Brett adds a little sourness up front, but mostly dries out the finish. Mouth feel is soft with a modest carbonation level. Despite fizzling and looking frothy, it comes off much softer. It has a medium-thick consistency. Overall, a little all over the board, but structurally sound. Knocking -1.0 off 'overall' for the carbonation eruption.

Dark brown in color with a massive beige head. The aroma is solely that of sour, tart Brettanomyces. I taste tart Brett, dark malt cereal grains, and a lightly vinous note. The mouth is very dry and highly carbonated.
