Murky pale yellow, looks kind of like pineapple juice, save for the explosive glass of foam.
Smells minerally like an old dishrag. Where's the fruit?
Basic wheat and lacto, very little beyond that.
Tart and bland, thin juice. Wheaty aftertaste. Very little fruit presence. Slight band aid/sterile gauze infection note, intended or not who knows. Doesn't taste good. Overcarbonated at first, then it gets flaccid. Womp womp. Better luck next time.

Beautiful straw color and Chrystal clear. Nose has fruit, slight vinegar twang. Taste changes as it warms. The pineapple and citrus notes bloom to challenge the larger sour notes. This is a slippery beer on the palette - very effervescent with a nice dry finish.

Light golden yellow and somewhat cloudy. Lots of heads and lacing.
Tropical fruit, vinegar, funk, and mild sweetness on the nose.
Sour citrus and pineapple, funk, with a tart finish.
Light and crisp with high carbonation. Finish is dry and lingering.
Very enjoyable and refreshing. Easy to drink. Would recommended this to anyone new to the style who doesn't want to go overboard just yet.
