Appearance: Arrives with a frothy head that sits atop the amber colored liquid
Smell: Belgian yeast commingled with earthy hops, peppery spice and orange peel
Taste: Opens rather yeasty and peppery, with a move toward and earthy and fruity hop flavor in the middle; the spices linger in the finish rounding out the flavor profile
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: A really nice hybrid style beer - a bit of a Belgian pale, a bit of a Belgian IPA and a bit of a Wit
Serving type: on-tap

Check out that tightly woven head with bright white foam,Brussels lacing and about a half inch of thickness. It's a dull coppery color with moderate carbonation. That's an interesting melange of aroma with the Belgian yeast strain and a faint bit of piney hops. The flavor is strongly the Belgian yeast strain and then you get a bit of piney hops in the fade. The mouth is heavily carbonated, chalky and dry.
