A - Pours pitch black and seems thick with a one finger dark tan head.
S - Cinnamon, cocoa, vanilla bean and fudge... Not your normal nose of "roasted malts and dark chocolate." Very rich, almost indulgence.
T - The taste is dominated by the chili. But, picture a chili wrapped in cinnamon chocolate. To me, it didn't seem overdone, but hit the right notes. You get some pepper heat on the finish.
M - Thick & chewy with medium to high carbonation. Velvety smooth on the texture.
O - This is a rich beer that deserves attention when drinking it. Absolutely stunning in this style.
