Pors and orange, rustic red with a creamy head on top. nose is cOokie and cereal malts with a spritz of hops and cedar. Starts off with some grain and cereal Malta that take ahold of the palate and don't let go until some bitter hops and cedar show up. Good, smooth, full body on it. Pretty solid brew here - worth a try.

Poured from the tap a dark and cloudy apricot color with two fingers of off-white head with plenty of sticky lacing left behind.
Aroma of grassy hops, light fruit, caramel malts and a hint of cedar.
Tasted of grassy hops, light fruit, caramel malts and cedar with a tobacco note towards the finish. The cedar was much more apparent in the taste than it was in the aroma.
Medium bodied and a bit dry with a moderate carbonation.
I really thought the dry-hopping and the cedar made this American Red different and delicious.
