Thick and chunky. One of the most tar-esque beers I've ever seen. Jet oil black. Head is minimal and lacing is also, but damn it's thick.
Tons of *fresh* mint buried in milky chocolate. Bready and nicely spiced.
A bit green and overly mint, but it sure is fresh and nice for a 75 degree day; rare for a stout this dark. Loads of heavy chocolate. Dry, earthy, fluid, easy drinker. Carbonation is mild and nice. Bitter bite is not found and sweetness is relaxed. Nothing too over done.
Definitely one of the best Mint Stouts I've ever had. Highly recommended. Style is nearly perfect.
