Pale yellow hazy pour with a vanishing head. Plenty-o-carbonation. Finishing off the bottle some sediment cloudy up into, what a surprise, a peach nectar color.

Aroma is pleasant enough. Slight sourness and that's about it for me.

Taste starts out sour and tart. Some lemon acidity. Never would of imagines peach was here but my mind is there so let's go. Aroma of fresh pick peaches at a farmers market. And I guess I can imagine eating a not so sweet peach. But like I said about the aroma, tis pleasant enough.

Light and spritzy, fresh fruit soda water.

I served this on a wonderful spring Easter Sunday with the sun ashining and 70*F. Now, I started out drinking IPA's before this Berliner. And might I say this Berliner started out like a sour mess so I put it away. Trying it again I thought its pretty tasty and came to a conclusion that this style cannot be mixed with others or at least drink this first IMO. I appreciate the effort of hundreds of pounds of Michigan peaches added to this. But to be fair I really didn't get a lot of peach. Anyway, tasty nonetheless.

Aroma: Sourness and funk. Rotten peaches not in a bad way. No hop aroma, no DMS, very very slight diacetyl.

Appearance: light yellow with golden highlights. White head that dissipates quickly.

Flavor: light fruit sour up front, very sour in the mid-palate then finishes super dry. Peach is subtle but there. No DMS no diacetyl. Sour level is perfect for style.

Mouthfeel: initially puckering and very dry finish but the mouthfeel after the first sip is very pleasant.

Overall: Really awesome Berliner Weisse, the only thing I can think of is just a little bit more peach flavor might make it stand out from other great examples of the style.
