Our flagship beer, this is a decidedly hoppy, bitter, moderately strong American pale ale. We load it with Cascade hops that provde floral and citrus notes. This IPA emphasizes the hop aroma and flavor, while muting the hop bitterness.

a slightly hazy amber pour (leaning towards orange), 2 fingers bright white head.
smells of piney hops, toasted caramel/honey background.. sweet, floral, almost like a forest.

there's a very subtle bitterness in the taste. dirt, earth, pine, flowers, honey, roasted grains.. kind of complex for an ipa!

light - medium body, very refreshing, crisp yet makes you want more.
an excellent session ale, a very tasty ipa (more leaning towards the english ipa form the complex malt profile) with a very nice floral hop bitterness. a wonderfully balanced ipa to be on the lookout for! (578 characters)

32oz Boston Round growler from the brewery.

Hazed out pale copper hue, excellent lacing all around. Semi-brash citrus rind from Cascade hops, hint of mint and dry breadiness too boot. Smooth with a solid medium body from the sturdy malt backbone. Hearty hop bitterness has big citrus flavors of rind and pith, those flavors linger with a meeting of bread and faint yeast. The dry finish pushes me for another sip.

Loving this brew as it take you to another place rather than the usual paths of trendy IPAs. (509 characters)

This was a toasty ipa. Like a blue point toasted lager mixed with an ipa. Not a combination I prefer. It doesn't really hit either style quite the way you would want it too. Seems disjointed and confusing.

Would not purchase again. (233 characters)
