The apple never falls far from the tree, and Apple Bomb tastes like the apple fell right out of the tree and directly into your beer. We designed this brew to be an explosion of apple flavor in a well-balanced wheat beer, adding the apple-y goodness at the tail end of fermentation to retain a soft and gentle apple aroma. With its bready and biscuity malts balanced by the sharpness of the apples, Apple Bomb will be the apple of your eye!

Cloudy orange appearance.
Medium carbonation with about the same for the body.
Aroma is that smell when you get a basket of fresh picked apples, strong, earthy, nothing artificial.
Taste is not sweet, almost dry, granny Smith bitter qpple peels. Dry apple juice with a very tiny amount of sweetness. This is dry foremost followed by bitter, than fresh picked apples.
Not sure this is for everyone but it is really well done, unique and perfect for fall.

I love everything about Apple Bomb. Every weekend, when it is available, I get a growler fill. The perfect beer for my palate. Great one for sitting on the deck watching the Delaware Bay do it's thing.
The nose is nice, clean. First splash is a mouthful of flavor. Finishes like a nice belgian beer, I get the apples across the back end.
