On tap at the Viera, FL World of Beer. Poured into a New Belgium goblet.

A: Poured a copper amber color. Not much head to speak of, except for the constant trail of bubbles rising to the top.

S: Quite piney, fresh cut grass, citrus (orange peel & grapefruit). Malt is also noticeable, but the citrus forward hops dominate.

T: Hate to say this (as a hop head) but this is a super balanced IIPA. Definitely hop forward in aroma and initial taste, but the bready malts are very present on the middle of the mouth. Tropical hops finish quite nicely.

M: Medium bodied IIPA that drinks like an IPA. Drinkability is excellent.

O: Double Overhead is certainly a beer I would seek out again. Kudos to Green Room for an excellent IIPA.

Draft at the brewery. The brew appears copper in color with a white head that fades leaving patchy lace sticking to the glass. A swirl revives a lasting finger or so back to the surface.

The aroma is really nice. Its hoppy with a depth of character leading toward dank, rindy, catty, herbal and grassy with fruity notes of pulp also included. Very nicely done.

The tastes is rindy and herbal bitterness. Somewhat grassy that opens up to complexities that are floral melding with resinous pine and a real dank appeal into the aftertaste.

This is a medium bodied brew with a modest amount of carbonation. It is super hoppy and far and away one of the best offerings (stylistically) that they had on tap. Little to no grain and alcohol inclusion. I could have drank several of these and well... after trying some of their subpar offerings, I wish I would have drank more of this.

Enjoyed at World Of Beers in Altamonte Springs, FL this DIPA is a golden brown, "maple" color with a good deal of cloudiness and a solid frothy off white head and a great lather of lace. The aroma offers a bright grass, caramel and pine-grapefruit hop, nearly minty. Nice. The flavor follows suit with a tastefully strong pine and grapefruit hop bite and interesting herbal grain. There is a vague soapy quality that interferes a little but wheat and caramel-malt and hops generally prevail. The body is medium with a bit of cloying and a thicker feel. Carbonation is moderate but more than sufficient for the style. Definitely a good brew but I'm not sure where there soap quality came from here.

On tap at Swamp Head's Tasting Room in Gainesville, FL.

A: clear, deeper amber color, very little head
S: piney, grapefruit but well-balanced by dense malt
T: great balance between malt and hops
M: incredibly well-balanced, very drinkable for ABV

I really liked this IIPA. Well done.

Another great beer byline them... had on tap at the brewery. Well done double ipa. Nice red dappling color. Could smell the beer being poured. Huge citrus pine medely hovering the glass. Flavor matched the aromas. Huge flavor and was very drinkable despite massive characteristics. Id have this over and over and love this being a local available beer for/me.

1.5 finger head on top of a cloudy amber with crimson hues body. Aroma is rich with a nice combination of citrus and hoppy notes. Flavor is a nice Mildy pungent hop character. Not too many booze. A soild double IPA but unfortunately not too memorable. Medium body and moderate carbonation.
