A - Poured with a small head of white foam on top of a hazy, dark golden body. The head settles quickly and leaves decent lace.
S - Light malt aroma with some non-descript fruit character.
T - Sweet malt up front with a bit of spicy, wheat-like character. Some slightly sweet, peach notes in the middle. Finishes with light hops and more of the fruit character.
M - Medium-thick body, moderate carbonation, and a balanced finish.
D - Surprisingly enjoyable. I tried this mostly for the novelty, not expecting much from either a blonde or a peach beer, but the combination works oddly well together and there is just enough fruit character and sweetness to keep it interesting without getting cloying.
