Served in a chalice at The Bier Garden in VA
A: Beer pours a murky, ruddy brown with a 2 finger of khaki bubbly head. Head recedes somewhat quickly, rather lack luster though leaves sheets of lacing.
S: Nose is coriander, yeast, and caramel malt.
T: Taste starts with a yeast, hay and coriander mixture. Caramel malts come in to fill out the middle. Some lemon zest, orange rind and a hint of banana apple in the finish.
M: Medium carbonation, light body, dry finish.
O: Goes down somewhat easily, nice taste, not too filling, was a rather lovely beer on a steamy VA summer night.
Serving type: on-tap
