On tap in a small St. Benardus goblet.
A - light golden brown, little bit of haze. Head is bright white, thick and pillowy. Lacing and retention are good.
S - great Belgian yeast aroma of candy sugar, bubble gum, clove, pineapple, pepper. Little hop aroma of noble spice, along with tangy wheat malt aroma. Significant alcohol presence.
T - tangy, slightly sweet malt followed by great Belgian flavors of spice, sweet exotic fruits, candy sugar. Lots of complex flavors bouncing around. Fruits, spices, mixed with slight noble hop metallic flavor and sweet wheat malt and grainy pilsner.
M - carbonation slightly above average, light, fresh mouthfeel. Warming alcohol.
D - great tasting beer with lots of classic Belgian flavors.

A- Hazy reddish brown in the glass. 2 finger, soapy head. Pretty good lacing.
S- Mainly dark fruits. Raisin, grape, and some cherry. I get a slight whif of banana from time to time. Reminds me of red wine.
T- Grape, dark cherry, dates, slight booze, and dark bread.
M- Medium body. Lightly creamy and not overly drying. very easy drinking.
O- I enjoyed this beer. Very easy drinking for a bigger beer. Nice flavors and aroma as well.

Had this from a 22oz. bottle at Madame Janette's in Aruba.
WOW! what a find. Succulent dark and sticky fruits and yeasty spice explode from the goblet. It is a symphony of luscious malty sweets and warming alcohol goodness. Very promising.
One sip and I'm addicted to this beer for life! There are layers of fruits to pull apart; plum, green melon, figs, banana, dark cherries, and more. It's delightfully yeasty, with raw dough and all the accompanying spice. There's a nibble of artfully added hops toward the end. It's sweet and fruity while maintaining it's dignity.
The mouthfeel is medium big, with a very creamy, full texture. It's ever so gently carbonated and really feels like velvet in my mouth. I lick my goblet clean when I am finished, it's that good!
