A: Very dark brownish red, whitish head with very small bubbles, easily 2 fingers. Great retention and lacing!
S: Fruity but clean, with a nice dose of alcohol. Hops come out a bit to finish up the smell.
T: Nice alcoholic fruity flavor, with a good hoppy bite to it. Has a slight metallic taste to it that doesn't interrupt the other flavors. Rich flavor makes this a beer for serious Belgian lovers only. It's a bit sugary, but not cloying, which is rare for this style in my opinion.
M: Very syrupy, thick, good carbonation. Non-astringent. Medium-heavy body.
D: Goes down very well for the style.
