A- The pour into my goblet is lively. An insane amount of floaties, looks like I'm staring at an active fermentation, very unusual. Nice sized head that also has some brown flecks mixed in to it's bright white color. Thick lacing above a creamy cap. A lot of yeast settled to the bottom eventually and I haven't even poured the entire bottle.
S- First impression was very fruity a blend of pear, apple and some tropical varities which is odd but very pleasant. A lot of depth here. Belgian sugar and yeast in the mix as well. Sort of smells of banana bread spinkled with just a touch of clove & nutmeg too.
T- Just as bold as the nose. The same fruity sweetness carries through in the taste, the finish has a nice spice bite. Malt just brings everything together.
M- A great feel for a tripel. Velvety smooth going down, soft carbonation.
O- This bottle is nearly 3 years old and would of held on a lot longer I think. This brewery kicks the hell out of a lot of the trappist brews IMO, and this beer is at the top of the list. I need to grab some more of this stuff, just a solid all-around brew.
