Poured from bottle into Chimay chalice.
This beer poured an almost champagne color out of the bottle, settling into a murky orange in the glass. The nose contained hints of apricot and orange with a hearty, wheat smell.
The taste was very light and crisp - incredibly drinkable. There are hints of apple, apricot, citrus fruits with a slight alcohol aftertaste. What really struck me was that this beer wants to "wrap" around the tongue instead of simply sliding down the throat.
It immediately struck me as the perfect summer day beer but this is one to be enjoyed all year round.
