Pours a murky pale color with an apple juice hue and a sticky white head. Some action and the sediment suspension is thick.
A beerish chewy pale malt smell.
Smooth and sweet slightly caramel malt taste with a little chewy sourness and some grapefruit in the background.
Medium/moderate bodied, resinous, slight astringency, and a crisp fizzy carbonation with a dry finish.
Very drinkable, a bit different recipe than other Trappist and very good. Depends on what one likes from this style.
