Poured from 11.2 oz bottle into a wine goblet.
Appearance: rich golden color, slightly opaque, notable carbonation. About a 1-finger head which dissipated quickly leaving a thin white residue.
Smell: quite fruity aroma of apples and pears. Citrus notes with light wheat/malt aroma present. Very nice indeed.
Taste: slightly tangy citrus flavor against a very smooth, nice malt and wheat base. A bit of a tart/astringent finish, but I think this just adds a little pleasant contrast to the sweet/fruity up-front flavors.
Mouthfeel: medium body with plenty of carbonation. Nice.
Drinkability: eminently quaffable.
Serving type: bottle
