A: Cloudy, lots of small bits of sediment, relatively dark orangy yellow brown. Not much of a head but it has a spacy quality. Moderate but difficult to see rising carbonation.
S: Slightly over ripe pineapple, mild sugary/plasticy quality that i don't find offensive. Dense, a hair sweet and yeasty, nice.
T: Very special taste. Unique. Almost a sherbert like, though less sweet, fresh, the yeast sits in an unusual place, in the middle, somewhat heavy. elusive bitterness. Quite good.
M: Medium body, hair of tartness. barely astringent.
O: A nice tripel, but on the heavy side.
Serving type: bottle
