Poured from a corked 22oz. bottle. Pretty, billowy white head over a dark-gold beer. Just a slight bit of haziness and with lots of lace.

Aroma of sherry-alcohol, some estery notes, and lots of malt.

The flavor is very much on-type. Big malt and residual sugar. Nice citrusy tang with apricot and raisin. Aftertaste tends to the hoppy bitterness and some yeast, grass and sugar.

Mouthfeel is very full but not thick. Drinkable to a point; a sipping Belgian but not for big gulps.

Serving Type - Bottle

Appearance - Light mellow yellow, no lacing, not much of a head, unfilted floaters are visable

Smell - Floral yeast, bananas, spices, malts, pear, oranges, some hops and alcohol

Taste - Nice bitey fruity tripel. Plenty of yeast and wheat flavors. Lots of flavor with the fruits, espically banana and pear. Nice fizzy drink each time.

Mouthfeel - Warms mouth up with the alcohol. Sours tounge pretty good, but sweetens it up with the yeast and sugars. Aftertaste is bitter but doesnt last long, you could enjoy a IPA or such right after a glass of water

Drinkabilty - If it wasnt for the alcohol % this would be higher. A fantastic triple, lots of flavor, smooth, not overly bitter. One of the best, will drink again

Poured from a 22 oz bottle into a goblet.

A- Pours a hazy, honey colored body with a fluffy white head that reduces slowly and leaves some lacing.

S- Citrus, cloves, bananas, belgian spice, molasses.

T- Sweet unripe banana, candi sugar, molasses, caramel, sweet, roasty on the finish.

M- Medium body, medium carbonation

Very nice. Abt 12 was better but this was enjoyable and tasty.

Poured into my favorite Orval glass. 1 and half finger head with good retention which left behind fluffy cloud like head lingering on top for the whole session. Yeast filled body with a orange like appearance.Smell was of orange peel, strong spices, fresh honey and green grapes. The taste is a bit complex with this beer starting out sour but soon a sweet finish takes over. The honey and spices add the right balance to the sourness of the dried grapes. A very drinkable Tripel. Medium bodied and nice carbonation. I want more!

Poured from a 11.2 oz bottle into a Chimay chalice. The beer just erupted as soon a the cap was pried off streams and streams of tiny bubbles swiftly racing to the surface. A slightly cloudy nice golden color with a creamy white head leaving a never die froathy coating across the top of the ale, particles of yeast seep out the final pour.

Nice yeasty aromas with fresh baked bread, subtle spicyness with light bannana notes and a slight mustyness and light fruitiness as it warms.

Very creamy and fluffy, delicate tastes well balanced flavors with yeasty, light fruityness hint of bannana/peach and pear with subtle spicyness no alcohol tastes, yet i can sense some heat, finishes with some green apple bitterness. Very light delicate mouthfeel,i just can't imagine drinking this all night, definatly a creeper.
