It's been so long since I've had a Tripel. Almost forgot that this was the beer style that got me in craft beers. Here goes:

A:: Beautiful, cloudy orange. Pours a huge foamy head that lingers and leaves adequate lacing. Appears great.

S: Bready, Belgian yeast. This one was definitely bottle-conditioned. Can smell bread, candied sugar, orange-peel, clove, coriander, white pepper and some lighter spices, flowers and herbs. Very complex and inviting.

T: A lot of the taste follows the nose. Bready yeast, banana, orange-peel, candied sugar, and lighter, peppery spices. Aftertaste is quite peppery owing to the spices.

M: Nice, bready yeast with a peppery mouthfeel. Good.

O: A great Tripel. Will have against when I can afford it.

Sensational. Wonderful soft yeast are which melts perfectly into the malts. Long and nicely-balanced finish.
