11.2 fl oz. bottle, best by March, 2012, poured into a Weihenstephan weizen glass. Very cloudy, light yellow body with a one finger white head. The head settles into a nice white cap for the duration, but little lacing.
A little spiciness starts the aroma off pleasantly. The other dominant aroma is the citrus which is predominantly lemon, with a touch of orange peel. Bready malt finishes off most of the primary parts of the aroma.
The citrus and spicy yeast flavors come through in the taste very well. A bit of sweet maltiness, a slight note of coriander, and some orange peel are also in the mix. Very good mix of flavors.
Light mouthfeel that finishes dry. An excellent wit.

Slightly hazy lemon with a modest ivory head. Orange zest, clove, wheat, lemon, coriander, and floral hops form the very strong aroma. Banana emerges late. Flavor is slightly more subdued, with citrus leading, and becoming bready and toasted mid palate. Citrus notes strengthen in subsequent sips, dominating the profile.
Delicious take on the style. I love the bready malt presence, and the fact that it's not bubblegum or banana laden until the finish.
